Wing Tai Holdings Limited began as a garment manufacturer founded in Hong Kong in 1955 and expanded into Singapore in 1963. It moved into Singapore property in 1978 and has been listed on the Mainboard of the Singapore Exchange since 1989.
Its principal activity is investment holding, with core businesses in real estate, lifestyle retail and hospitality management across Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Australia, Japan and China.

Metro Holdings
Metro Holdings Limited traces its history to a textile store opened in 1957 and has been listed on the Main Board of the SGX-ST since 1973.

Its property holdings are typically taken with a named partner rather than developed alone.
